The National Runaway Safeline is here to listen whether you are thinking of running away or already have. Their services are available 24/7, confidential and nonjudgmental. If you are being bullied, when you connect with NRS, they can talk about the steps to end the bullying. They are there to listen to your story and find solutions.
RAINN is the nation’s largest anti-sexual violence organization. They are free, 24/7, and confidential. Their team works together to provide best-in-class services for survivors, inform and educate the nation about sexual violence, and improve the public policy and criminal justice response to sexual violence.

The National Suicide Prevention Lifeline provides 24/7, free and confidential emotional support to people in suicidal crisis or emotional distress. The Lifeline is comprised of a national network of over 160 local crisis centers, combining custom local care and resources with national standards and best practices.
Trans Suicide/Crisis Hotline
Trans Lifeline is dedicated to the well being of transgender people. They run a hotline staffed by transgender people for transgender people. Trans Lifeline operators are available 18 hours a day every day of the week.
California Youth Crisis Line
The California Youth Crisis Line (CYCL) operates operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week as the statewide emergency response system for youth (ages 12-24) and families in crisis. Anytime you are feeling misunderstood or overwhelmed and needing to talk to someone about what’s happening, especially before you run away or cause harm to yourselves or others. Call them first to learn how to handle your current and/or future crises.
